Pilates
Pilates is a series of mind and body exercises that strengthens the human body with particular emphasis on core strength. Pilates also helps to strengthen the core, improving general fitness and wellbeing. It is suitable for most people as it consists of low impact exercises, which can be progressed to challenge different levels.
If you are a Pilates novice, a 1:1 session is a great place to start. You will be taught the key elements and ensure you fully understand the basics, before progressing onto a group session. Alternatively you may already practice Pilates but would like your technique checking, a 1:1 session at our clinic would assist you with that.
