Sports massage is a deep form of soft tissue massage. It involves a wide range of massage techniques including effleurage, wringing, kneading and trigger pointing. It is designed to help relieve tension within the muscles, assist reducing pain and assist imbalances in the soft tissue.

Sports massage can be applied in a sporting and non-sporting context. Whether it is a treatment for pain and tension, part of rehabilitation or just a treatment to relax and unwind.

At Abbots Bromley Clinic, we offer a 30 minute or a 45 minute treatment session.
