Stephanie

Stephanie is a musculoskeletal physiotherapists with over 15 years experience. She is HPC registered and also a member of the CEP, AACP and Physio First.

Stephanie has years of experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, joint pain, back pain, sports injuries, post operative management to name a few. To extend her Physiotherapy skills, she has trained in acupuncture, sports massage, body massage, indian head massage and manipulation.

Stephanie is a trained APPI Pilates instructor. Pilates is often incorporated into her Physiotherapy treatments, but is also offered as 1:1 training at the clinic or in a private group session in the comfort of your own home.

Outside of Physiotherapy, Stephanie is also extended her skills and offers skin care treatments. Qualified in performing facials, cosmetic acupuncture facials, Mesotherapy Microneedling facials, LED light facials and hydro dermabrasion facials.

Jane

Jane Rushton is an NMC registered nurse with 25 years of experience in the nursing field.

"I am the director of Humming Bird Aesthetics. I believe that aesthetics can be a valuable part of women's well-being. I provide a confidential and professional service with for all patients".

Jane offers aesthetic treatments from Abbots Bromley Clinic.
